D-二聚体及高敏C反应蛋白对脑梗死患者的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血浆D-二聚体及血清hs-CRP水平在脑梗死患者中的意义。方法:应用免疫比浊法测定脑梗死组及健康对照组患者的血浆D-二聚体及血清hs-CRP水平。结果:脑梗死组患者的血浆D-二聚体及血清hs-CRP水平明显高于健康体检者,脑梗死组不同分型之间的血浆D-二聚体及血清hs-CRP两两比较,结果均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血浆D-二聚体及血清hs-CRP水平对脑梗死的诊断、严重程度的判断有一定的价值。[ Objeetivel To explore the significance of plasma D - dimer and serum hs - CRP levels in patients with cerebral in- farction. [ Method] Plasma D - dimer and serum hs - CRP level of patients group suffering cerebral infarction and the healthy control group were mearsured with immune nephelometry. [ Resultl The levels of plasma D - dimer and serum hs - CRP in the patients of cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that of healthy subjects, which get some statistical/y significant （P 〈 0.01） by Comparison with each other among the different types of cerebral infarction group. [ Conclusion] Determination of plasma D - dimer and serum hs - CRP level has a certain value in the diagnosis and judgement of cerebral infarction.
