摘 要:目的:探讨实习护生护理风险认知现状,为护生带教的风险管理提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,调查本院140名实习护生。结果:20项护理操作中有19项存在护生独自执行的现象;10道法律知识题中,实习护生对护理风险事件的呈报流程回答正确率最高,为85.7%;对医疗事故分级、医疗纠纷的物证处置回答正确率仅为34.3%和35.0%。不同学历实习护生独立完成的操作项目得分和对护理风险认知的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:不同学历实习护生的风险认知和护理操作情况存在差异,建议尽快建立系统的护理风险教育体系,针对不同学历护生加强实习带教,并对护理操作进行风险程度分级带教,以有效降低带教风险。[ Objective] To investigate the current situation of acknowledges of nursing risks of nursing students and offer the ba- sis for the management of risks of guidance for student nurses. [ Method.] 140 student nurses in our hospital were investigated with self- designed questionnaire. [ Result] There are 19 items performed by nursing students alone in 20 nursing manipulation items. The correct ratio of reply of report process to nursing risk accidents is the highest in the 10 law texts for nurses, which is 85.7 %. The correct ratio of reply of medical accident classification and treatments of material evidence of medical issue are on- ly 34.3% and 35.0%, respectively. There is statistical difference (P 〈0.01) among the scores of self- finished manipulation items and acknowledges of nursing risks with different academic qualifications. [ Conclusion] There is difference of acknowl- edges of risks and nursing manipulation among nursing students with different academic qualifications. It is urging to make nurs- ing risk education system for student nurses with different academic qualifications and reintbrce the teaching practice and guide for different levels according to risks of different nursing manipulation to decrease the risk of teaching.
