摘　　要：针对某煤质柱状活性炭厂在活性炭混捏成型工段中出现称重误差大、原料浪费严重以及操作繁琐、自动化程度低等问题,应用PLC、组态王、触摸屏对原系统进行改造。设计出了一套以PLC为核心控制器,组态王和触摸屏为人机界面,具有强大的生产过程监控、数据记录和查询功能的自动控制系统。该系统已投入使用,实际运行表明改造后的系统在称重精度、原料利用率和生产效率等多方面都明显改善,满足生产工艺需求。For the problems of weighing errors,serious waste of raw materials,tedious operation and the low degree of automation in the activated carbon kneading and compacting process at the coal columnar activated carbon factory,this paper used PLC,King view and touch screen to improve the original system.This paper design an automatic control system,with PLC as the core controller and King view and touch screen as human-computer interface.This system has powerful functions of production process monitoring,data recording and query.It has been put into use.The actual operation result shows that it improves the system markedly in weighing accuracy,the utilization rate of raw materials and production efficiency and other aspects and be able to meet production process requirements.
