摘  要:利用三维建模软件CATIA建立了某载重货车驱动桥壳的几何简化模型,导入ANSYS软件进一步建立该桥壳的有限元模型。合理设计驱动桥壳,使其具有足够的强度、刚度和动态特性,将有利于降低动载荷,提高汽车行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性。对某载重货车驱动桥壳板簧周围出现了裂纹,为避免事故的发生,在桥壳的结构改进设计中除考虑静力学外,还需分析桥壳的动态特性,研究其共振特性。根据谐波响应理论,运用ANSYS对桥壳进行模态与谐响应分析;发现桥壳二阶垂向弯曲振型使板簧位置产生剧烈共振,导致该桥壳产生局部裂纹。针对分析得到的局部不合理结构进行了优化设计,使桥壳整体刚度更趋合理。A simplified geometry model of the heavy truck drive axle housing is built with the 3D modeling software CATIA./t is imported to ANSYS software to establish its finite element model. Reasonable design of drive axle casing makes its have enough strength, stiffness and dynamic characteristics, and will be conducive to reduce the dynamic load, to improve automobile riding comfort and handling stability. As for some trucks drive axle shell plate spring appeared crack, in order to avoid the happening of the accident, improvements in the structure of bridge housing design in addition to the consideration of statics, still need to analyze the dynamic behavior of bridge shell and study the resonant characteristics. According to the harmonic response theory, it uses ANSYS to make modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the drive axle housing and finds that the second order vertical bending vibration modal in the plateform spring position could generate severe resonance, which results in the local crack. According to the local unreasonable structure, it optimizes the design of part structure, and makes the rigidity of the axle housing more reasonable.
