摘 要:针对充气轮胎频频引发交通事故的问题,对充气轮胎的爆胎、磨损、运转不平顺等典型故障模式及其原因进行了分析。定义了非充气安全轮胎的概念及技术内涵。重点对米其林PU无充气轮胎、实心轮胎、非充气蜂巢轮胎、非充气树脂辐条轮胎、固特异弹簧轮胎等典型非充气安全车轮的现状与发展做了介绍。简述了目前世界各大轮胎公司间的合作状况,并展望了非充气安全车轮技术及其发展趋势。提出自主研发适合中国国情的非充气安全轮胎的必要性与紧迫性。Aiming at the problem of pneumatic tire causing traffic accidents frequently, the typical failure modes and causes of pneumatic tire, including tire blowout, wear and running unevenness, were analyzed. The concept and technology connotation of non-pneumatic safety tire was defined. And the Michelin PU non pneumatic tire, solid tire, non-pneumatic honeycomb tires, non aeration resin spoke tires, goodyear spring tires and other typical non-pneumatic safety tires' the present situation and development were mainly stated. What's more, the current Situation of cooperation between the world's major tire companies was introduced. The non-pneumatic safety tire technology and its development trend were looked forward to. At last, the necessity and urgency of making scientific researches on non-pneumatic tire which is suitable for Chinese specifw national conditions was presented.
