摘 要:当库存容量有限时,传统的经济生产批量模型就不再适用。在以往研究的基础上,考虑库存容量的约束问题,构建了模糊环境下库存容量有限的多产品生产批量模型。该模型允许缺货,存在缺陷品,且缺陷品返工再生产后存在部分废品。利用三角模糊数描述模糊变量,利用符号距离法将模糊模型转化为确定型模型,进而得到最优生产策略,并分析了模糊模型与经典的生产批量模型的关系。最后利用具体算例进行了验证。When the storage capacity is limited, the traditional economic production quantity model becomes inapplicable. On the base of the previous study, a multi-item fuzzy economic production inventory model under limited storage capacity was built. In this mode, back-order and shortage was allowed, and a part of the shortage can be reworked into perfect item, while the other items are assumed to be scrap after rework. Triangular fuzzy numbers was used to describe each variable, signed distance method was used to transfer the fuzzy model into the determined mode, then, the optimal production policy can be determined. The relationships between fuzzy and classical EPQ models were revealed. A numerical exampie was provided to examine the mode.
