摘　　要：1973年长沙马王堆三号汉墓出土的帛书《五十二病方》,是目前发现的最早的医学方书,反映了西汉初期以前的临床医学水平和医药文化状况。其中有不少急症(如犬咬伤、小儿癫痫、破伤风、乌头中毒等)的救治方法。虽然相比现代医学较为原始,但在当时的历史条件下,能对疾病有如此认识、创造出颇有疗效的急症救治方法仍令人叹服。Prescriptions of Fifty-two,unearthed in Han dynasty tombs 1973,was the earliest medicine books,which reflected the level of the early Western Han previous clinical and pharmaceutical cultural situation.In this book,there were lots of treatment methods of acute diseases（such as dog bites,epilepsy,tetanus,aconite poisoning,etc.）.Although more primitive compared to modern medicine,but such wonderful knowledge,quite effective method of acute disease treatment it got at the time of the historical conditions was still stunning.
