摘 要:根据中国小额信贷组织场域制度化与结构化过程,定义小额信贷的组织技术运作种类发展、各省(直辖市)的覆盖率进程、组织结构形式的变迁、被纳入正式金融体系的比例变化等四组数据,采用Granger因果检验考察其中环境压力与组织发展的制度逻辑关联。研究表明:在中国农村小额信贷组织场域变迁中,技术环境的发展能够优化制度环境,意味着组织创新往往能刺激制度发展;环境压力与组织形式是脱耦的;小额信贷在正式制度的嵌入程度越高,越有利于其组织创新的发展。Based on the institutionalized and structured process of organizational field of microfinance in China, the paper makes an analysis of the four series of data concerning the development of organizational technological operation types in defining microfinance, the coverage process of provinces (municipalities), the change of organizational structure, and the ratio of the formal financial system involved, and uses Granger causality test to inspect the institutional logic association between environmental pressure and organizational development. The study shows that in Chinese rural microfinance's organizational field changes, the development of the technological environment can optimize the institutional environment, which means that the organizational innovation can stimulate the institutional development; the environmental pressure and the organizational form are irrelevant; the higher the microfinance is embedded in the formal institution, the more conducive it will be to the development of the organization innovation.
