棘托竹荪锰过氧化酶酶学特性及其分布特征研究

摘  要:以愈创木酚为底物,采用分光光度法,对棘托竹荪锰过氧化物酶酶学特性及不同生长期不同组织中锰过氧化物酶的分布进行研究。结果表明:棘托竹荪锰过氧化酶最适反应pH为4.5,最适反应温度为50℃;棘托竹荪菌盖中锰过氧化物酶含量最高,菌托中最低;棘托竹荪菌盖锰过氧化物酶提取液的最适pH为6.0。The enzymatic properties of manganese peroxidase(MnP) from Dictyophora echinovolvat and its distribution of different parts at different growth periods were studied by using guaiacol as the substrate and the spectrophotometry as method. The results showed that the optimum pH for D. echinovolvata MnP activity was 4. 5, and the optimum temperature was 50℃. The part that owned the highest amount of MnP was the pileus of D. echinovolvata, and the lowest was the volva. The optimum pH for the extraction of MnP from the pileus of D. echinovolvata was 6. 0.
