培养创新能力为核心的农学类实验教学体系构建

摘　　要：如何培养学生的创新能力和综合素质,是目前我国高等教育改革的核心问题和根本性的指导思想。实验教学是高等教育创新人才培养体系的重要组成部分,是促进学生将知识转化为能力的基本途径,在学生能力培养和综合素质提高方面具有独特的作用。该文在简要分析传统实验教学现状的基础上,结合江西农业大学农学类本科实验教学的改革实践,介绍了如何通过转变实验教学理念、优化课程体系、创新教学模式、完善考核方式、建好实验平台和师资队伍等,构建以创新能力培养为核心的农学类本科实验教学体系,促进创新人才培养。The cultivation of the innovative ability and comprehensive quality of undergraduates is the core problem and fundamental guiding ideology for higher education reform in China. Experimental teaching plays an important part in innovation education and is essential for students to apply their knowledge into practice. After a brief analysis of the current status of traditional experimental teaching, this paper discussed the construction of an experimental teaching system aimed at innovative ability training by changing the education concept, optimizing the curriculum system, innovating the teaching mode, perfecting the evaluation system, and building an experimental platform and a teaching- staff team, so as to promote the cultivation of innovative talents.
