摘　　要：面对培养创新型人才的目标要求,我国高校实验室建设和管理中存在很多问题。首先,由于受到传统观念的影响,高校一直以来对实验教育和实验室建设重视不够,从而导致实验室缺乏长远规划,管理混乱,不成体系;其次,受到各种因素的影响,高校对实验室的人力、资金投入不足,实验室的功能没能得到充分发挥。这些问题严重影响了实验教学、实验室建设,最终影响到培养创新人才这一目标的实现。要解决这些问题,必须从转变观念入手,构建新的实验教学体系,以全新的思路改革实验室的管理体制、人才机制、管理手段,最终达到培养创新型人才目标的要求。In this paper, the present situation and the problems in university laboratories were analyzed, and some solutions and countermeasures for these problems were proposed, including the changing of management ideas, the establishment of a novel experimental education system, etc. It is hoped that these countermeasures can reform the management system of laboratories and to meet the requirements for the cultivation of innovation-oriented talents.
