试论民间借贷中介机构的合法性

摘　　要：指出近年来,民间借贷活跃,民间借贷中介机构悄然兴起,而民间借贷中介机构的合法性地位在我国现行的法律法规中却一直没有明确,这给民间借贷活动造成了潜在的危险。为此迫切需要通过对现行民间借贷中介机构的运行模式、运行中出现的问题的分析,探究其存在的合法性的意义,并对完善其合法性地位提出相应的建议。It is pointed out that in recent years,with the private lending active,private lending intermediary has sprung up.The legitimacy of private lending intermediary status in China＇s current laws and regulations remains vague.This gives private lending activity a potential hazard.The paper explores the basis for the legitimacy of its existence and make recommendations to clarify its legality status,through the analysis of intermediary operating mode and problems.
