活动平面板在深覆牙合矫治中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨活动平面导板在深覆牙合矫治的临床应用效果。方法:选取我院收治需要进行深覆牙合矫治的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组单纯采用固定矫治技术,观察组采用活动平面导板进行矫治,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者前牙覆牙合时间、打开咬合时间、矫治结束时间均明显短于对照组,对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者咬合良好,未出现崩瓷或者隐裂,活动修复体基托没有出现折裂;对照组患者2例患者出现隐裂,2例出现活动修复体基托折裂。结论:采用活动平面导板矫治深覆牙合疗效确切,咬合打开时间短,疗程短,是一种治疗深覆牙合矫治安全可靠的方法。Objective Discussion guide plane in the clinical application effect of deep overbite correction. Methods Select 80 cases who were treated in our hospital the need for deep overbite correction, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the control group were treated with fixed orthodontic technique,the observation group with correction activities plane plate,observe the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results The observation group patients anterior teeth overbite time,time,time to open bite after treatment were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant correlation （P〈0.05）,patients in the observation group good occlusion, not porcelain or cracked, removable partial denture base without fracture; the control group of 2 patients appear hidden crack,2 cases of removable partial denture base fracture. Conclusion The plane plate deep overbite correction efficacy,bite open time is short, short course of treatment,is a method of treating deep overbite correction of safe and reliable.
