摘　　要：目的:探讨硅橡胶印模材料在制作正畸工作印模的应用及体会。方法:采用硅橡胶印模材料对需做隐形矫治的23例错牙合畸形患者制取工作印模,观察印模质量。结果:硅橡胶印模材料翻制的模型表面光滑,准确,精度高,操作时患者感觉舒适。结论:硅橡胶印模材料应用于隐形矫治的错牙合畸形患者的工作印模制取,不受气候的影响,操作方便简单,又能保证印模的准确性,效果满意。Objective To discuss the application and reflection on making orthodontic impressions with silicone impression. Methods The silicone impression material was selected to make the impressions for 23 patients who had malocclusion and were in need of invisalign. Results The impressions made from silicone impression had smooth surfaces and high accuracies.The patients felt comfortable while receiving the treatment. Conclusion While the material is not affected by the climate and is easy to handle,it could ensure the accuracies of the impressions and produce satisfactory effects.
