唇裂鼻畸形一期整复术后应用鼻模的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:介绍唇裂鼻畸形一期整复术后患者应用鼻模的方法,总结护理体会。方法:给年龄在3～10个月的唇裂鼻畸形一期整复术后患者,在术后7天拆线时开始佩戴鼻模,定期复诊,要求佩戴鼻模6个月～1年。结果:65.31%的患者能坚持应用鼻模6个月～1年,并获得了良好的鼻前庭外形;24.49%的患者应用鼻模1～3个月,其鼻前庭外形效果较术后1周时明显变差;10.20%的患者失访。结论:唇裂鼻畸形一期整复术后应用鼻模6个月～1年可获得良好的鼻前庭外形;对不能配合应用鼻模6个月～1年的患者需加强健康教育,定期电话预约复诊,提高其佩戴鼻模的依从性。Objective Introduced the method of application the nasal mould for first phase of cleft lip nasal deformity patient and summarize the nursing experience. Methods Given first phase of cleft lip nasal deformity 3N10 mouths patient to wear the nasal mould for 6-12 months who was been taken out stitches 7 days after surgery, let them regular return Visit. Results 65.31% Patients can adhere to the application of nasal mode for 6 months-1 year, and have gained good nasal vestibular appearance. 4.49% of the patients wore nasal module for 1 to 3 months,the nasal vestibule appearance effect is significantly worse than postoperative week.10.20% of the patients lost to follow- up. Conclusion Using nasal mode 6 months-1 year after the first phase of cleft lip nasal deformity reconstructive surgery can obtain good nasal vestibular appearance;and need to strengthen health education of patients who can＇t wear nasal mode for 6 months-1 year,regular telephone booking appointment, could improve their wear nose adherence.
