钢丝结扎固定颧骨颧弓整形术稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察钢丝结扎固定颧骨颧弓整形术的稳定性。方法:随机选取颧骨颧弓肥大者59例,于术前、术后10天、术后3个月分别做三维CT检查并进行三维CT重建,用图像分析软件进行测量颧弓宽度。结果:颧骨颧弓整形术后,颧弓宽度明显缩小,且颧弓宽度术后10天和术后3个月无明显变化。讨论:在颧骨颧弓整形术中,运用钢丝行截骨段两端固定,颧弓缩小效果显著且具有良好术后稳定性。Objective To observe the stability of zygoma and zygomatic arch plastic surgery with wire ligature fixed. Methods We randomly selected 59 cases who owned prominent zygoma and zygomatic arch.All of them did three-dimensional CT scan before the surgery and at 10 days,3 months after the surgery,then measured the zygomatic arch width. Results After the zygoma and zygomatic arch plastic surgery,the zygomatic arch width were significantly reduced immediately.The zygomatic arch width hah no significant change between 10 days and 3 months after surgery. Conclusion During the zygoma and zygomatic arch plastic surgery, we used wire line to fix both ends of osteotomy segment, the zygomatic arch narrowing effect was significant and had a good postoperative stability.
