纤维桩在前牙残冠中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维桩在前牙残冠修复中的临床应用效果。方法:将104颗残根牙随机分为纤维桩核+复合树脂修复+烤瓷冠修复(A组)和铸造金属桩核+烤瓷冠修复(B组),将112颗残冠牙随机分为纤维状+烤瓷冠修复(C组)和铸造金属桩核+烤瓷冠修复(D组),定期随访。结果:A组残根修复成功率92.3%。B组残根修复成功率76.9%。两组病例临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组残冠修复成功率为98.2%。D组残冠修复成功率为87.5%。两组病例临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用纤维桩治疗前牙残冠操作简单、方便,并可降低根折的发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of fiber post system in restoring defect of anterior teeth. Methods 104 residual root of anterior teeth were randomly divided into group A and group B, group A were treated with fiber posts and group B were treated with casting metal posts respectively.112 residual crowns of anterior teeth were randomly divided into fiber posts （C group） and casting metal posts respectively （D group）.Each group was followed up. Results The group A were completed with a successful rate of 92.3%,group B had a successful rate was 76.9%, group C was completed with a successful rate of 98.2%,group C had a successful rate was 87.5% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of fiber post to repair residual crown of anterior teeth is simple,convenient and can reduce the root fracture.
