摘　　要：目的：探讨含牙压膜式间隙保持器在伴先天缺牙的错（牙合）畸形患者修复前正畸治疗后保持阶段的临床应用。方法：选择已完成修复前正畸治疗，错（牙合）畸形已矫治并且缺牙间隙集中的伴先天缺牙的错（牙合）畸形患者17例，应用含牙压膜式间隙保持器进行保持。结果：随访3个月～1年，含牙压膜式间隙保持器对缺牙间隙及矫治效果的保持令人满意。结论：含牙压膜式保持器能有效保持伴先天缺牙的错（牙合）畸形患者的矫治效果及缺牙间隙，值得临床应用。Objective To discuss the clinicalapplication of dentigerous positive pressure transparent space maintainerfor patients with congenital anodontia who have been completed orthodontic treatment before restoration. Methods 17 cases were included （12 females and 5 males） aged from 12 to 17.They have been completed orthodontic treatment before restoration.The fissure was concentrated and malocclusionwas corrected.Dentigerous positive pressure transparent space maintainer were applicated in edentulous space maintain. Results After 3 month-1 years＇ clinical observation,dentigerous positive pressure transparent space maintainer has good effect in retaining treatment result stability and edentulous space.Patients felt satisfactory. Conclusion Dentigerous positive pressure transparent space maintainer can effectively maintaining edentulous space and treatment effect and isworthy of clinical application.
