摘  要:目的:观察氟化物对牙胚分泌期成釉细胞中光蛋白聚糖(lumican)表达情况的影响。方法:取妊娠10 d孕鼠,随机分为对照组、实验1组和实验2组,每组3只鼠,饮水中给氟浓度分别为0(去离子水)、50、150 mg/L,妊娠21 d时取材(部位为包含胎鼠下颌第一磨牙牙胚的下颌骨段),固定,包埋,每组随机选择10个蜡块做连续5μm切片,分别做HE染色,以及lumican的免疫组化SABC法染色,镜下观察,图像分析,所得数据用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果:氟化物作用下,妊娠21 d时,胎鼠牙胚成釉细胞中lumican的表达水平较对照组均有所减弱,试验组2(高氟浓度)尤为明显。结论:氟化物可使牙胚分泌期成釉细胞中lumican的表达降低,高浓度时作用较强。Objective: To investigate the effect of fluoride on lumican expression in SD rat dental germ. Methods: Pregnant SD rats at 10th day of gestation were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 3 ) : control (double distilled water as drinking water), group 1 ( drinking water containing 50 mg/L F - ) and group 2 ( drinking water containing 150 mg/L F - ). The rats were killed and the first mandibular molar germ of the rats were obtained at 21st day of gestation, fixed and embedded. Randomly, 10 of the molar germs in each group were observed by light microscope after HE stain and SABC immunohistochemical stain. Results: The lumican expression in group 2 was lower than in group 1, in group 1 was lower than in the control. Conclusion: Fluoride may decrease lumican expres- sion in dental germ.
