外伤脱位前牙即刻再植后同期正畸移动的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：观察前牙外伤脱位后即刻再植同期进行正畸移动关闭牙间隙的效果。方法：对9例患者的11颗外伤脱落牙即刻再植，同期正畸治疗关闭牙间隙。详细记录每例脱位牙离体时间、处理方法及正畸移动情况。定期对患牙进行X线牙片和牙髓活力测试。随访11．5—26个月。结果：11颗脱位牙即刻再植后均能进行正畸移动，并顺利关闭牙间隙。但其中9颗牙髓坏死，2颗牙为活髓；5颗有不同程度的牙根吸收，牙槽骨无显著吸收和降低。结论：外伤脱位牙即刻再植后正畸移动是可行的，但其长期临床意义尚需观察。Objective： To observe the effects of orthodontic treatment for closure of interdental space related to the in situ trans- planted teeth after dislocation by accident. Methods： 11 dislocated teeth in 9 patients were in situ transplanted and followed by im- mediate orthodontic treatment for closure of interdential space. The effects were observed by clinical, radiographic and pulp vitality examinations. Follow up was conducted for 11.5 - 26 months. Results： 11 of the transplanted teeth were moved and all the inter- dental spaces were closed. Pulp devitalization was found in 9 of the 11 transplanted teeth. Root resorption was observed in 5 teeth at different degrees. The alveolar bone surrouding the transplanted teeth was nearly normal. Conclusion： Dislocated teeth by accident can be in situ transplanted and the related interdential space can be closed by immediate orthodontic treatment.
