成纤维激活蛋白α在不同实体瘤组织的表达及其与病理分级和淋巴结转移的相关性

摘　　要：目的观察人实体瘤组织成纤维激活蛋白α(FAPα)蛋白表达与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法收集55例经手术切除的不同来源实体瘤组织和10例良性肿瘤组织病理标本,用免疫组织化学方法检测其中FAPα的表达,分析其与临床病例参数的关系并比较2种肿瘤组织的差异。结果实体瘤组织与良性肿瘤的FAPα表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);组织中有无淋巴结转移对FAPα强阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病理分级的级别越高,肿瘤组织中FAPα的表达越强(I级vs IV级,P<0.05);不同临床分期的肿瘤组织中FAPα表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FAPα在乳腺癌等多种实体瘤组织中存在阳性表达,且其表达水平与病例的病理分级及淋巴结转移密切相关。Objective To study the expression of fibroblast activation protein α （FAPct） in different solid tumor tissues and its related with clin-ical significance. Methods The expression of FAPct was detected by immunohistochemistry in 55 different tumor tissues and 10 benign tissues, and the relationship with clinical features was analyzed by the method of immunoreactivity score. Results Expression of FAPct was observed in malignant cases, which is different significantly with those in benign ca-ses （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Moreover, the positive expression of FAPα were corre-lated with lymph node metastasis and differentiation grade （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, however, that was not associated with clinical stage （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Con-clusion It was suggested that the significantly positive expression of FAPct was closely related to lymph node metastasis and differentiation grade.
