摘 要:目的研究高含量DHA/EPA甘油三酯对脂肪肝模型大鼠肝脏脂质代谢相关酶活力的影响。方法采用1%乳清酸饲喂法建立脂肪肝大鼠模型。灌胃高含量DHA/EPA甘油三酯20d后,检测大鼠血清和肝脏总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)含量以及肝脏脂肪合成和分解相关酶活力。结果高含量DHA/EPA甘油三酯可预防大鼠血清和肝脏脂质含量升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),有效降低脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthesase,FAS)、苹果酸酶(malic enzyme,ME)等脂肪合成酶活力(P<0.01),显著提高肉碱棕榈酰转移酶(carnitine palmitoyl transterase-1,CPT-1)和过氧化物酶体β-氧化酶系(peroxisomalβ-oxidation enzymes,POE)等脂肪分解酶活力(P<0.01),其效果明显优于乙酯型和低含量DHA/EPA甘油三酯型鱼油。结论高含量DHA/EPA甘油三酯通过抑制脂肪合成,促进脂肪氧化分解,有效调节脂肪肝大鼠的脂质代谢。Objective To investigate the effects of high content of DHA/EPA-triglyceride on the activities of enzymes related to lipid metabolism in fatty liver rats. Methods The fatty liver rats model was in- duced by feeding AIN93 rats with 1% orotic acid. The serum and hepatic lipids concentrations and the activities of enzymes related to Lipid metabolism were detected after given high content of DHA/EPA- triglyceride for 20 days. Results High content of DHA/EPA-triglyceride could prevent the increase of TC and TG in serum and liver(P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); decrease the activity of FAS and ME(P〈0. 01), and enhance the activity of CPT-1 and POE(P〈0. 01), The effect of high content of DHA/EPA-tri- glyceride was significantly better than the effects of ethyl-DHA/EPA-triglyceride as well as the effect of low content of DHA/EPA-triglyceride fish oils. Conclusion High content of DHA/EPA-triglyceride could improve lipid metabolism in fatty liver rats by inhibiting the synthesis of lipids and enhancing its catabolism.
