摘  要:目的评价双模式超声光散射乳腺成像系统(OPTIMUS)在乳腺疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法应用OPTIMUS随机检测18 726例次患者。根据BI-RADS分级标准,系统对乳腺病变进行良恶性分级,并与术后病理对照分析。结果 1 948例被检出乳腺肿块,经手术证实良性1 385例,恶性563例。OPTIMUS的诊断吻合率93.6%(1 823/1 948),敏感性88.6%(499/563),特异性95.6%(1 324/1 385)。结论 OPTIMUS可用于乳腺肿块良性鉴别,能有效提高乳腺癌的检出率,减少不必要的活检。[ Objective ] To evaluate the clinical application values of dual modality ultrasound with diffuse optical imaging system in distinguishing benign/malignant lesions for mammary gland disease. [Method ] OPTIMUS were operated randomly on 18 726 patients with mammary gland disease. According to the BI-RADS, the benign/malig- nant lesions were automatically assessed on the equipment, and the sensitivity, specificity and overall accuracy were determined by surgical pathology as gold standard. [Results] There were 1 385 benign and 563 malignant lesions. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of OPTIMUS were 88.6%(499/563),95.6%(1324/1385), 93.6% (1 823/1 948), respectively. [ Conclusion ] OPTIMUS could be used as an assistant diagnostic tool for differentiating benign and malignant lesions and avoiding unnecessary biopsy as possible.
