摘 要:基于线粒体COI和16SrRNA基因序列,对中国沿海2种文昌鱼(Branchiostomasp.)的6个群体(厦门、湛江和茂名群体为白氏文昌鱼Branchiostoma belcheri,中国日照、青岛和威海群体为日本文昌鱼B.japonicum)进行了遗传多样性研究。结果表明:2种文昌鱼种群遗传多样性均处于较高水平,文昌鱼种内不同地理群体间的遗传分化不显著,但2种文昌鱼间存在显著的遗传分化;群体历史动态分析结果提示2种文昌鱼可能经历过群体扩张事件(白氏文昌鱼:0.238~0.587Myr;日本文昌鱼:0.339~1.043Myr);茂名群体和威海群体均表现出较高的遗传多样性水平,提示这2个群体可能分别为白氏文昌鱼和日本文昌鱼的较原始群体。Six populations of Brachiostoma from China waters were genetically compared using partial mitochondrial DNA sequences of cytoehrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) and 16S ribosomal RNA (16S rRNA) genes. Three southern populations (Xiamen, Zhanjiang and Maoming) were B. beh'heri, while the northern three populations (Rizhao, Qingdao and Weihai) were B. japonicum. Genetic differences between these two species were significant. Two species exhibited high genetic diversity, while each showed insignificant genetic differences among populations. Historical dynamic analysis suggested that they might experienced drastic population expansion event (B. belcheri: O. 238-0. 587Myr; B. japoni- cure: 0. 339-1. 043Myr). Both Maoming and Weihai population had the highest genetic diversity, indi- cating they were likely to be the original populations of B. belcheri and B. japonicum, respectively.
