摘　　要：研究发现阿尔茨海默症(Alzheimer's disease(AD))患者脑部金属离子的动态平衡与AD的发生发展关系重大。作为一种临床治疗手段,金属螯合治疗已受到越来越多的关注。综述了近几年来铜铁锌等金属离子及金属螯合剂在AD中的研究进展。It was found that the homeostasis of cerebral metal ions displayed an vital role in the Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）. The metal chela- tion therapy has been drawn more and more attention as one of the clinical therapy methods for the treatment of AD. Herein a recent progress of copper, iron, zinc and other metal ions and their corresponding metal chelators used in the treatment of AD was reviewed.
