摘  要:劳务派遣工的滥用带来一系列社会问题,被称之为劳动关系领域的一个"毒瘤",引起了学术界的关注。文章基于对6省市、12家汽车乘用车整车厂的1091名派遣工与正式工进行调查所得的数据,分析了劳务派遣工与正式工员工—组织关系的差异。结果表明:劳务派遣工的员工—组织关系劣于正式工,得到的物质性投入和发展性投入均低于正式工,其组织承诺及其各要素得分均低于正式工,且其工作满意度各项得分也低于正式工。The abuse of dispatched workers has brought a series of social problems, which is known as "cancer" in labor relations and draws the attention of scholars. Based on a study on 1091 dispatched workers and regular workers from 12 automobile factories in 6 provinces, this article analyzes the difference of employee - organiza- tion relationship between the dispatched workers and regular workers. The result shows that the employee - or- ganization of dispatched workers is worse than that of regular workers and dispatched workers' received material input, developmental input, organizational commitment, job satisfaction are lower than regular workers.
