摘　　要：伴随着知识经济时代的到来,企业生存和发展越来越依赖企业所拥有的知识,企业之间的竞争转变为以知识为核心的竞争,谁拥有尖端知识谁就掌握了核心竞争力。对企业知识管理能力的评价方法与提升方法的研究,为企业更好的运用知识管理具有极为重要的意义。文章首先对国内外的企业知识管理评价方法以及提升方法的研究动态进行了阐述和述评,最后得出结论并提出现有研究存在的一些问题。With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy , the survival and development of enterprises increasingly rely on the knowledge that companies have owned, competition among enterprises turn into knowledge-core competition, company which owns so- phisticated knowledge will grasp the core competitiveness.Research of assessment and promotion methods of enterprise＇s knowledge management capability , is of vital significance for better utilization of the knowledge management in enterprises, .Firstly, in this paper, research trends of methods and promoted countermeasures of the enterprise＇s knowledge management evaluation both at home and abroad are expounded and reviewed.Finally it draws conclusions and puts forward some problems of the existing research.
