摘  要:目的研究肝纤维化进程中大鼠肝脏血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)、血管紧张素转换酶(2ACE 2)水平及ACE/ACE 2的动态变化。方法制备四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,分别于造模第15、30、45、60天处死模型组大鼠各6只,各组大鼠肝组织行HE和Masson染色,Western blot法检测肝组织匀浆ACE、ACE2蛋白表达。结果在大鼠肝纤维化过程中,肝组织ACE、ACE 2水平呈上升趋势;第15、30天模型组ACE/ACE 2比值较对照组降低(P<0.05),而第45天模型组其比值高于对照组(P<0.05),第60天时该比值明显增高(P<0.01)。结论 ACE、ACE 2均参与大鼠肝纤维化形成。Objective To explore variation on level of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) and angiotensin converting enzyme 2(ACE 2), ratio of ACE/ACE 2 in hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods Except rats in control group,all were given subcutaneous injection of 40% CC14. Each 6 rats in the model group were killed at 15, 30, 45 and 60 day respectively. Histopathological study of liver tissue was done with hematoxylin-eosin(HE)and Masson trichrome staining.ACE arid ACE 2 levels were determined by Western blot analysis. Results The level of ACE and ACE 2 show ascendant trend during fibrosis rats, ACE^ACE 2 ratio of model group at 15, 30 day reduced than control group. Conclusion The occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis are possibly associated with imbalances between ACE and ACE 2.
