血液净化专业护士核心能力培训对护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨净化专业护士核心能力培训对临床护理质量的影响,为血液净化护士的培训提供理论依据和技术支持。方法成立血液净化专业护理小组,情景模拟,对护士进行理论指导、技术培训、导师指导、个案分析,反复加强训练。培训小组每月进行技术考核评价。按照临床护理质量标准,比较培训前后,护士的护理质量与不良事件发生的概率。结果经过血液净化核心能力培训后,护士的素质得到了明显的提高。基本急救技能、应急预案处置、综合应变能力,均较未培训前提升明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非计划性拔管、皮肤压伤、用药错误、血液透析中出现低血压、血管通路血液外渗、透析中导致患者感染等情况的发生概率较培训前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液净化专业护士核心能力培训能拓展护士的急救知识,提高临床判断力和急救能力。使患者的护理质量明显上升、缺陷率下降,使重症患者的生存几率得到明显提高,避免医患纠纷,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the purification of the core competencies of professional nurses training on the quality of clinical care, training of nurses to provide the theoretical basis and technical support for blood purification. Methods Founded blood purification professional care team, scenario simulation and theoretical guidance for nurses, technical training, mentoring,case studies repeatedly strengthen training.The training group meets monthly technical appraisal.In accordance with the quality standards of clinical care,comparing before and after training,the probability of nursing care quality and adverse events. Results After a blood purification core competency training,the quality of the nurses have been significantly improved. Basic first aid skills,contingency plans for the disposal of adaptability than those without training before the upgrade is obvious.Statistical software processing results： a statistically significant difference.Unplanned extubation bruised skin,medication errors,and hypotension in hemodialysis vascular access blood extravasation, lead to dialysis patients infected so the probability of occurrence is significantly lower than the training.Statistical software processing results：a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The blood purification professional nurse core competency training to be able to expand the knowledge of first aid nurse, improve clinical judgment and first aid. Significantly increased, the defect rate dropped significantly improved the probability of survival of patients with severe, avoid medical disputes the aualitv of patient care.
