摘 要:为分离筛选对毒死蜱具有降解作用的菌株,为微生物修复有机磷农药污染土壤提供理论依据。采用富集分离法从农药仓库粉尘和农药生产企业排污沟土壤中进行筛选,并对所筛选出的菌株进行形态学和革兰氏染色的初步鉴定。结果表明:从中筛选出菌株97株,其中球状菌株有78株,占80.%,革兰氏阴性58株,占59.8%,菌落以圆形、扁平、边缘整齐、乳白色等形态居多;从农药仓库粉尘筛选出83株,从农药厂排污沟土壤中筛选出14株;所筛选出的菌株均能在高浓度毒死蜱的培养基中生长,菌株对毒死蜱的降解性能有待于进一步筛选研究。In order to isolation and screening bacterial strain with degradation function to Dursban, so as to provide theoretical basis to repair organophosphorus pesticide polluted soil by microorganism. By means of enrichment isolation method screening strain from pesticide warehouse dust and polluted soil of blowdown ditch and to preliminary identity the screened strains with morphology and gram stain. The Results show that: among the 97 strains screened, there are 78 globular strains, 80% of the total, 58 of gram negative, 59.8% of the total. Most of bacterial colony represent roundness, fiat, border orderliness and milk white. 83 strains were screened from dust and other 14 strains from ditch soil. All the strains can grow in high-concentration Dursban medium and the degradation characters of the strains will be researched and screened further.
