摘　　要：目的 评价非手术治疗无光感外伤性视神经病变的临床效果.方法 选择2007年6月～2012年6月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院无光感外伤性视神经病变患者62例,根据治疗方案分为观察组及对照组.对照组30例予以脱水、大剂量糖皮质激素冲击、神经营养、改善微循环、预防感染治疗,观察组32例在对照组基础上给予中医辅助治疗,随访12周,根据视力变化评价治疗效果.结果 对照组有效率为30.0％,观察组有效率为34.4％,两组有效率间差异无统计学意义（x2=0.1356,P＞ 0.05）;观察组视力恢复者的恢复时间为（4.1±0.8）d,明显短于对照组的（5.7±1.0）d,组间差异有统计学意义（t=6.9274,P＜0.05）;两组药物不良反应发生率分别为9.4％、13.3％,组间差异无统计学意义（x2=0.0082,P＞ 0.05）.结论 非手术治疗无光感外伤性视神经病变有效,应用常规西药的同时辅以中医治疗,能够促进患者的康复,值得临床关注.Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of nonoperative treatment of no light perception of traumatic optic neuropathy.Methods 62 cases with no light perception of traumatic optic neuropathy from June 2007 to June 2012 in Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment program,30 cases of the control group were treated with dehydration,high-dose corticosteroids,neurrotrophy,improved microcirculation and prevent infection.32 cases of the observation group were added traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant treatment on the basis of the control group,all the patients were followed up for 12 weeks,the effect based on the changing of visual acuity were evaluated.Results The effective rate of control group was 30.0％,and the observation group was 34.4％,the difference was statistically significant （x2 =0.1356,P ＞ 0.05）; but the recovery time of patients with visual acuity of observation group were （4.1±0.8） d,it was significantly shorter than that of control group （5.7±1.0） d,the difference was statistically significant （t =6.9274,P ＜ 0.05）; the incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were 9.4％,13.3％ respectively,the difference was not statistically significant （x2 =0.0082,P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The nonoperative treatment of no light perception of traumatic optic neuropathy has the effect,application of conventional western medicine combined with Chinese medicine can promote the rehabilitation of patients,so it is worthy of attention
