摘  要:目的了解毒理学设计性实验教学环节实施的现状及影响因素,为规范毒理学设计性实验教学的提供科学依据。方法调查福建医科大学公共卫生学院2005级、2006级预防医学本科学生224名,分析毒理学设计性实验教学的情况以及教学质量影响因素。结果学生普遍认为开设设计性实验是非常必要(97.3%)且感兴趣(91.5%),课题的实际确定方式以小组讨论决定为主(85.7%),但师生经常交流的频次较少(7.1%),实验实施时间安排在接近期末不合理(87.1%),时间偏短,学生自身知识素质与设计性实验要求相差较大,实验成绩考核的影响因素较多。结论毒理学设计性实验的教学效果较好,并针对影响教学质量的因素提出新的改善实验教学质量的对策和措施。Objective To explore the implementation status and influencing factors of designing experiment teaching in toxicology in order to provide the scientific basis of the standardize teaching in toxicology designing experiments.Methods The situation of designing experimental teaching in toxicology as well as influencing factors of the teaching quality in the 224 2005,2006 grade undergraduate medical students majored in preventive medicine in School of Public Health,Fujian Medical University were investigated.Results The students generally believed that it was very necessary (97.3%) and interested (91.5%) to set up the designing experiments.The discussion and decision was more accountable for the actual determining mode of subject (85.7%).But the frequency of exchange of the teachers and students was less (7.1%).Experimental implementation schedule arranged near the end of the semester is unreasonable and experimental time was partial short (87.1%).There was a large difference between the students' own knowledge and quality and the requirements of designing experiments.The assessment of experimental score was affected by many factors.Conclusion The consequent of designing experiment teaching in toxicology is better.Based on the factors that affect the quality of teaching,it is right put forward the strategies and measures to improve the quality of experimental teaching.
