测定卵巢癌患者血清中uPA含量的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究uPA在卵巢癌中的表达,从而探讨uPA作为卵巢癌诊断和预后评估的生物学指标的可能性。方法应用ELISA法检测正常人和卵巢癌患者术前、术后血清中uPA的含量。结果 ELISA法检测卵巢癌患者术前血清中uPA含量、卵巢癌患者术后(7d)血清中uPA含量及正常对照组血清中的含量,卵巢癌患者术前组和正常对照组,卵巢癌患者术前和术后组,两两进行比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论卵巢癌患者术前血清中uPA含量比正常人血清含量明显升高,并且术后血清中uPA含量明显下降,提示血清中uPA含量的差异有可能为卵巢癌的早期诊断和预后评估提供生物学指标。Objective To study the expression of uPA in ovary cancer and it’s mediate function to adjunctive therapy. And then the possibility whether uPA could assess the diagnosis and prognosis of ovary cancer and the possible mechanism that progestogen treat ovary cancer by mediating uPA were investigated. Method ELISA method was used to detect the content of uPA in blood serum ,which of normal people, preoperative people and the people after operation of ovary cancer. Results Signiifcant difference statistically （P〈0.05）were observed between the group of nomal people and the group of people preoperation as well as between the group of people preoperation and the group of people after operation（7 days） by detecting the expression of uPA in blood serum respectively . Conclusion The content of uPA in blood serum in the group of people preoperation was found higher than that of normal people and then obviously decreased in the group of people after operation.The above-mention results indicated that the different content of uPA in blood serum might be a biological parameter of early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of ovary cancer.
