摘  要:目的牙周组织工程是修复因牙周炎导致的牙周组织缺损的研究热点。牙龈成纤维细胞(gingival fibroblasts,GFs)作为一种新的牙周组织工程的种子细胞,越来越多地受到人们的关注。研究通过GFs体外培养,诱导其向成骨细胞方向分化,探究其成骨分化能力。方法提取人GFs,传代培养后进行成骨诱导培养,并检测碱性磷酸酶及钙结节。结果与对照组比较,实验组人GFs经诱导后碱性磷酸酶增强,并产生较多的钙结节。结论人GFs经过体外培养及成骨诱导后,在牙周组织再生修复中有一定的应用价值。Objective Periodontal tissue engineering is a hotspot of research on the repair of periodontitis-induced periodon- tal tissue defects. Gingival fibroblasts (GFs), as a new type of seed cells for periodontal tissue engineering, are receiving more and more attention. The aim of this study was to investigate the differentiation ability of human GFs by culturing them in vitro and inducing their differentiation into osteoblasts. Methods We extracted human GFs and cultured them to induce osteoblast differentiation fol- lowing passage culture. Then we analyzed their ability of differentiating into osteoblasts. Results Compared with the control group, the human GFs of the experimental group showed an enhanced expression of alkaline phosphatase and produced more calcific nodules after induction. Conclusion After in vitro culture and osteoblast induction, human GFs may have some application value in perio- dontal tissue regeneration.
