摘  要:目的观察康脑液对脑缺血再灌注大鼠Fas、Caspase-3蛋白表达的影响,探讨其脑保护作用及机制。方法用线栓法制作大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、依达拉奉组、康脑液高、中、低剂量组,于缺血后2 h再灌注6、12、24、48 h后处死,免疫组化法观察Fas、Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果与模型组比较,康脑液高、中、低剂量组能下调各时间点损伤侧Fas、Caspase-3蛋白表达。结论康脑液下调Fas、Caspase-3蛋白的表达,可能是其促进脑损伤区神经修复的重要机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of kangnao liquid on the expressions of Fas and Caspase-3 protein hurt by the cerebral reperfusion to cure cerebral ischemia, and investigate the function and mechanisms of kangnao liquid on brain protection. Methods The cerebral reperfusion model of cerebral ischemia of rats was induced by using suture-occluded method. The male SD rats were randomly divid- ed into sham, model, edaravone, high-, medium-, and low-dose of kangnao liquid groups. Immunohistochemieal method was used to observe the expressions of Fas and Caspase-3 protein of rats which were killed at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h,48 h of reperfusion injury respectively 2 h after cer- ebral ischemia. Results Compared with the model group, all the treatments of high, medium and low dose could effectively down-regulate the protein expressions of Fas and Caspase-3 at each time point. Conclusions Kangnao liquid down-regulate the expressions of Fas and Caspase-3, which may be one of the important mechanisms to promote the nerve reparation of the brain's impaired area.
