微种植体支抗压低伸长磨牙的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨使用微种植体支抗压低伸长磨牙的临床效果及相关因素。方法：选取20例24颗磨牙伸长病例使用微种植体支抗进行压低，共植入微种植体47枚，分别植于颊腭（舌）侧牙槽中隔，1个月后负载加力，记录微种植体支抗压低磨牙使用的方法、效果、所需时间及牙根吸收情况，并进行评价。结果：所有伸长磨牙均有效压低，平均压低（3．45±1．05）mm，疗程3．5～9个月，平均5．6个月，每个月平均压低0．65mm；压低过程中牙根均有不同程度的吸收，但下颌磨牙较上颌磨牙牙根吸收明显。结论：使用微种植体支抗压低伸长磨牙疗效可靠，能顺利完成义齿修复。Objective：To investigate the clinical effectiveness of microscrew as anchorage to intrude overerupted molars and related factors. Method：Twenty patients were treated with the use of the microserew as anchorage for intrusion of twen- ty-four overerupted molars,Forty-four micro-implants were implanted in the both side of the alveolar septum ,One month lat- er,the micro-implants were weighted. Recording the methods,the effectiveness,the required time and the root resorption with the the microscrew as anchorage for intrusion. Result：The overerupted molars were all intruded successfully,The average in- trusion （3.45-＋1.05）mm from 3.5 to 9 months,on average 5.6 months,The monthly average intrusion 0.65 mm;In the intrusion process,the tooth-roots had different degree of absorption,But the mandibular molar roots were resorpted more than the max- illary molars. Conclusion：It was reliable to use the microscrew as anchorage to intrude overerupted molars, and successfully complete dentures
