摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患者唇腺细胞凋亡的发生机制。方法:收集临床患者,将其分为pSS组和非干燥综合征组。采用免疫组化的方法检测两组患者唇腺细胞Bcl-2蛋白的表达及含量;制备唇腺组织匀浆及提取线粒体,检测CytC的含量。使用SPSS14.0软件对两组数据进行统计学分析。结果:pSS患者唇腺细胞中Bcl-2蛋白的表达和线粒体CytC的含量显著低于非干燥综合征组;pSS患者唇腺细胞胞浆CytC含量显著高于非干燥综合征组。结论:pSS的发病机制与Bcl-2蛋白及CytC诱导的细胞凋亡有关。Objective： To explore the mechanism of apoptosis in the labial glands of patients with primary Sj6gren＇s syndrome （pSS）. Method： Collected the clinical patients, divided into pSS group and non-SS group.Immunohistochemistry was used to examine Bcl-2 protein in labial glands of two groups; The homogenate of labial glands was prepared, the mito- chondria was extracted, the CytC content was detected, SPSS14.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. Result： The expression of Bcl-2 and the mitochondria CytC with pSS were significantly lower than those in non-SS. The content of CytC in cytoplasm with pSS was significantly higher than that in non-SS. Conclusion： The pathogenesis of pSS is related to the apoptosis that induced by Bcl-2 protein and CytC.
