摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌中磷酸化Akt(p-Akt)和磷酸化β-catenin(p-β-catenin)蛋白表达与临床病理参数的相关性。方法取手术切除的86例胃癌组织标本(A组)、胃癌旁组织75例(B组)和正常胃黏膜组织40例(C组),用免疫组织化学法检测p-Akt和p-β-catenin蛋白表达,分析p-Akt和p-β-catenin蛋白的表达差异及其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果 A组p-Akt和p-β-catenin蛋白阳性表达率为81.4%和88.4%,与B组的68.0%和72.0%相仿,但均高于C组的12.5%和15.0%(P<0.01)。A组p-Akt和p-β-catenin蛋白表达与患者的年龄、性别和类型均无统计学差异,而与肿瘤的分化程度及TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。A组p-Akt表达与p-β-catenin蛋白表达呈正相关。结论 p-Akt和p-β-catenin蛋白在胃癌组织中表达明显上调,可联合检测作为评估胃癌恶性生物学行为和预后的指标。Objective To investigate the correlation of the expressions of phosphorylated Akt （p-Akt） and β-catenin（p-β-catenin） proteins in gastric carcinoma and clinicopathological parameters. Methods With immunohistochemistry, than those the expressions of p-β-Akt and p-β-catenin and clinicopathological parameters were studied in 86 specimens of gastric cancer（group A）, 75 specimens of tumor-adjacent tissues（group B） and 40 normal gastric mucosal tissues（group C）. The expression difference was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of p-Akt and p-^-catenin in group A were 81.4~ and 88. 4% ,respectively,which were similar to 68. 0% and 72.0% in group B,but higher than those in groups of A and B than those in group C（12.5% and 15.0%）（P〈0. 01）. The expressios of p-Akt and p-13-catenin in group A were not correlated to age, gender and disease type （P〈0. 05）, but significantly associated with tumor differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expressions of p-Akt and p-β-catenin are upregulated in gastric carcinoma. Combined detection of p-Akt and p-β-catenin may be taken as the markers for evaluating the malignant biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer.
