摘　　要：患者女,15岁,左臀部群集褐色丘疹、结节9年,缓慢扩大,偶有轻度瘙痒。组织病理检查示:表皮呈假上皮瘤样增生,基底层色素增加,真皮内成纤维细胞增生并相互交织排列,边界不清。免疫组织化学染色示:CD68阳性,CD34及Ⅷ因子血管内皮细胞阳性,SMA阴性。诊断:多发性簇集性皮肤纤维瘤。A15-year-old girl had a 9-year history of slowly progressive brown itchy papules and nodules on the left buttock. Histopathology revealed epidermal pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia and hyperpigmentation in the basal layer. Dermal fibroblast proliferation was seen in netlike arrangement with undefined borders. Immuno- histochemical staining of fibroblasts were positive for CD68 and negative for CD34, factor vm and SMA. Di- agnose of muhiple clustered dermatofibromas was made.
