摘 要:目的:构建经由Micro-CT扫描的离体下颌第二乳磨牙的三维模型,并实现网络共享。方法:用MicroCT对离体下颌第二乳磨牙进行扫描并三维重建,获得整颗牙及不同结构的三维模型。结果:用此方法成功构建出下颌第二乳磨牙的三维模型,清晰展示出此牙的牙釉质、牙本质、牙骨质及牙髓的形态及上述结构之间的位置关系。结论:经由Micro-CT高精度扫描后获取的三维模型填补了乳牙内部解剖资料稀缺的空白,为临床治疗提供了参考,同时为儿童口腔医学的基础教学方式提出创新思路。Objective: To construct the 3D digital model of the extracted second mandibular primary molar using micro CT system. To use the model for muhimedia teaching and realize the network sharing. Methods: The ex- tracted second mandibular primary molar was scanned by SCANCO uCT20, then an intact 3D model and the models of different parts of the tooth(enamel, dentin/cementum and the pulp) were reconstructed. Results: The 3D model of the second mandibular primary molar was successfully reconstructed, which clearly demonstrated the tooth enam el, dentin, cementum and pulpal morphology and the position relationship of the structures. Conclusion: Through the high precision scanning of the MICRO--CT, we obtained the 3D model which filled the blank of internal anato my data of the deciduous teeth and improved the teaching quality and efficiency in somedegree, and at the same time provided the opinions for clinical treatments.
