牙科显微镜联合超声技术在老年人磨牙钙化根管治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨牙科显微镜联合超声技术在老年人磨牙钙化根管治疗中的应用价值。方法:对无法定位根管口和(或)根管无法畅通的62颗老年人钙化磨牙,借助根管显微镜,将超声预备、手动镍钛预备和格兰凝胶化学预备相结合进行根管治疗,采用术前术后X线片对比研究评价治疗效果。结果:56例钙化患牙顺利完成根管治疗术,治疗成功率为90.32%。结论:在牙科显微镜引导下,将超声预备、手动镍钛器械预备以及格兰凝胶化学预备相结合可提高钙化根管治疗的成功率。Objective： To explore the use of dental operative microscope and ultrasonic technique in root canal treatment of the elderly calcified molar. Methods： Under the guide of microscope, treatments of 62 teeth with calci- fied root canals were performed using the combination of ultrasonic instrumentation, hand instrumentation with Ni --Ti files, and chemical instrumentation with Glyde. Results： The root canal treatment of 56 teeth was success, and the success rate was 90.32%. Conclusion： Success rate of the treatment on calcified root canals could be improved by using microscope and ultrasonic instrumentation, hand instrumentation with Ni-- Ti files, and chemical instru- mentation with Glyde.
