摘 要:目的:研究2种粘结系统及不同充填方法对牙本质与充填体间微渗漏的影响。方法:选取56颗因正畸需要拔除的前磨牙,采用析因设计随机分成A,B组。去除咬合面釉质,暴露平整的牙本质表面,在其中央制备3mm×3mm×3mm大小的箱状洞型。A组使用自酸蚀粘结系统,B组使用全酸蚀粘结系统,两组分别采用4种分层充填方法进行树脂充填并打磨抛光。实验牙完成充填后,置于(37±1)℃恒温水浴箱内24h后取出。使用扫描电镜观察颊壁,舌壁的微渗漏,并进行统计学分析。结果:使用自酸蚀粘结系统并分4层斜向充填复合树脂时,牙本质与充填体间微渗漏最小(P<0.05)。结论:粘结系统和树脂充填方法可影响牙体与充填体间微渗漏的大小,且两者之间存在交互作用。自酸蚀粘结系统要优于全酸蚀粘结系统。Objective: To compare the effect of two bonding systems and different filling methods on the mic roleakage of dentin and dental filling material surface. Methods: The occlusal enamel was removed to expose a flat superficial dentin surface on human extracted premolars that were divided into group A and group B at random. Cavities with 3mm long × 3mm wide were prepared to a depth 3mm below the dentin surfaces. Group A,with total --etching adhesives; Group B, with self--etching adhesives, two groups respectively use 4 layering techniques of resin composite restorations. The samples were kept at(37± 1)℃for 24 hours. The microleakage between the res torations and tooth struture was measured under a scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results were analyzed by a two--way ANOVA. Results: The smallest mieroleakage was found in the group that used self--etching adhe- sives and filled with four oblique increments. Conclusion: The adhesive system and restorative technique affected significancely the microleakage of tooth and dental filling material suiface.
