摘　　要：目的：探讨双侧唇裂术后继发鼻唇畸形的综合整复方法。方法：2001年1月～2012年10月本院为110例双侧唇裂术后继发鼻唇畸形患者进行了综合治疗。手术方法采用自上唇瘢痕切除，口轮匝肌复位、鼻小柱延长、鼻尖抬高、鼻翼鼻孔轮廓成形、人中嵴、人中凹及唇峰唇珠重建术等。结果：110例患者鼻唇外形均获得较前明显的改善，修复后鼻形态正常，鼻孔大小对称，有良好的鼻堤，鼻小柱长度适中；人中嵴显现、唇峰及唇珠，上下唇和谐，恢复了上唇的高度和宽度。随访3个月～3．5年，满意率高于84．5％。结论：对双侧唇裂术后鼻唇继发畸形采用综合整复，效果自然稳定。Objective： To evaluate the methods to correct nasolabial deformities after surgical treatment in patients with bilateral cleft lip. Methods： From January 2001 to October 2012, one hundred and ten patients with secondary nasolabial deformities following bilateral cleft lip were treated with comprehensive procedures, such as upper lip scar resection, basiator reposition, nasal columella lengthening, nasal tip elevation, nasi-nostril formation, and phil- trum and Cupid＇s bow reconstruction. Results： All 110 patients achieved obvious improvement of nasolabial configu- ration. Satisfactory rate of 3 months to 3.5 years follow--up reached 96%. Conclusion： The methods are feasible and reliable for correction of nasolabial deformities after bilateral cleft lip surgery.
