摘　　要：软件危机已经提出多年,虽然很多专家积极推进软件工程理论,认为软件工程理论能够在很大程度上解决当前的软件危机,但是事实证明通过详细的需求分析能够有效地改善软件大量的重复的改进工作,从而有效地提升了软件质量水平。文章的重点分析软件工程需求的概念、基本流程、软件需求当前的现状及对软件质量的影响,进而提出改善的方法。Software crisis have been proposed over the years, although many experts to actively promote the theory of software engineering, software engineering theory to a great extent to solve the software crisis, but has proved through a detailed needs ailalysis can effectively improve the software a large number of repeat improve their work, so as to effectively enhance the level of software quality. This article focuses on the analysis of software engineering needs concepts and basic processes as well as the current status quo of the software requirements and software quality, and then put forward to improve the method.
