原发鼻腔及鼻咽部非霍奇金淋巴瘤20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻腔及鼻咽非霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2006-01-2010-10期间在我院收治的资料完整并经病理确诊的原发鼻腔及鼻咽非霍奇金淋巴瘤病例20例。结果:全组3年总生存率和完全缓解率分别是78%、47%。单纯化疗组和化疗加放疗组3年总生存率分别是75%、82%。单纯化疗组和化疗加放疗组获得完全缓解率分别是37%、55%。首程治疗后达完全缓解患者的3年生存率89%,未达完全缓解率患者3年生存率70%。ⅠE期和ⅡE期3年总生存率分别是92%、57%。结论:鼻腔,鼻咽部非霍奇金淋巴瘤单纯化疗与化疗加放疗疗效无明显区别。ⅠE期3年生存率明显高于ⅡE期,早期诊断可以提高患者的3年生存率。Objective：To evaluate the treatment policy for non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma of the nasal cavity and na sopharynx. Method：Twenty patients with pathologically confirmed non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma of nasal cavity and nasopharynx,treated from Jan. 2006 to Oct. 2010, were retrospectively reviewed. Result： The 3-year overall survival and complete response rates for all patients were 78 % and 47 % respectively. The 3-year overall survival rates for patients treated with chemotherapy and patients treated with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy were 75 % and 82 % respectively. The estimates of complete response for patients receiving chemotherapy alone and for patients receiving chemotherapy plus radiotherapy were 37% and 55%, respectively. The 3-year overall survival rates for patients who achieved complete response and patients who did not were 89 % and 70 %, respectively. The 3-year o veraⅡ survival rates for patients in stage Ⅰ E and stage Ⅱ E were 92% and 57%, respectively. Conclusion：There was no significant difference between chemotherapy alone and chemotherapy plus radiotherapy for the treatment of non Hodgkin＇s lymphoma of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx. The 3 year overall survival rate for patients in stage Ⅰ E was much higher than in stage Ⅱ E. Early treatment is very important to improve the survival rate of the patients.
