摘 要:复合材料点阵结构结点连接方式有机械连接、挖槽嵌锁、胶接和整体成型连接,这些连接方式普遍存在试件面板分层、杆件屈曲、面板损伤和胶接强度不足等现象。针对以上问题,本文首先提出一种新型自平衡结点连接方式,通过对结点分析可知该连接方式杆件受力合理,面板不易分层,结点不会脱胶。然后将该新型结点连接方式应用到某点阵结构中,与采用传统结点比较,制备了二组试件并对其进行静载对比试验。结果显示采用该新型结点连接方式的试件具有强度大、刚度大和结点连接稳定的特点,克服了传统结点的缺点,具有良好的应用前景。There are many node connections of composite material lattice structure, such as mechanical connec- tion, beset in the groove, glue together and molding in one time. And there are many problems generally happened in these connections, the faceplate is easily divided, core members elastic bucking, faceplate is damaged and the strength of glue which needed is dissatisfactory. In order o solve these problems, this paper brings out a new tech- nique connection which called self-balance connection, this connection has many advantages. And the new connec- tion was used in the composite material lattice structure, compared with the lattice structure with traditional node connection, the paper made two specimens and died load tests were conducted. Experimental results show that the lattice structure with the new node connection have characters of high specific stiffness and high specific strength, and the strength of node is high. It solved the problem that the node is weak in lattice structure, and have good po- tential applications.
