摘　　要：烟酰胺N-甲基转移酶（NNMT）是一种S-腺苷-L蛋氨酸（SAM）依赖性胞质酶，在多种药物和异型生物质的生物转化和解毒中起重要作用。近年来研究发现，NNMT在多种肿瘤中异常表达，可能与肿瘤的发生、发展以及放化疗抵抗密切相关。Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase （NNMT） is a S-adenosyl-L-methionine （SAM） depend-ent cytoplasm enzyme, which plays a vital role in the biotransformation and detoxification of many drugs and xenobiotic compounds. Recent studies have revealed abnormal expression of NNMT in many tumors, which may contribute to tumorigenesis and tumor development and radiotherapy or chemotherapy resistance.
