摘 要:基于激光导航和无线遥控技术,研究了一种农用激光导航无线准直控制系统,用以对耕作、播种等农业生产过程中的工作行直线度及行距进行精确控制。控制系统由激光导向的自动行走激光发射车及其控制系统、无线遥控系统、行距控制系统、激光接收系统和误差显示系统5部分组成。1台激光导向的激光发射车为核心组成部分,在操作者的遥控下激光发射车沿激光导向信号按照控制逻辑自动行进相应行距,并逐行为农机具提供相互平行的激光导向参照平面,以控制农机具沿直线作业。同时,详细阐述了系统的结构和原理及关键部分的设计。经实验验证,每100m直线度误差可控制在±8mm,平行度误差可控制在±1cm。控制系统可以精确控制作业直线度和行距,从而提高土地利用率,减轻驾驶员的劳动强度,实用性强,有利于后续田间管理与采收等作业的机械化自动化。The collimation system in agriculture was designed based on laser navigation and remote control technology.The driving linear of the unit and line spacing of crops was controlled.The system contained the vehicle emitting laser,laser receiver,controlling system of line spacing,remote control system and the system of tolerance displaying.The vehicle is hard core in the system.Along laser signal it can travel a certain distance by remote control.A laser signal of alignment for field machinery was afforded.The straight driving of field machinery was ensured by the laser signal.The working principle,basic structure and the architectural design of major parts has been introduced.Concluded the test result,the linear tolerance is ±8mm/100m and the error of depth of parallelism is±1cm.Using the system the land-use ratio is raised,and it's easier to carry out follow-up field operations.It can get more benefit for the future working procedure.
