摘 要:针对谷物联合收获机喂入量不易直接测量的问题,采用油压力来表示喂入量。为此,对脱粒阻力矩的形成进行分析,得出喂入量与油压力的关系方程,并对物料湿度与谷草比对油压力的影响进行分析。台架试验结果表明:作物物理特性一致时,非谷粒物料喂入量不变,油压力为常数;当喂入量增加时,油压力呈单调递增规律,计算值与实际测量值相关系数为0.975 5;当喂入量及谷物湿度等参数不变时,油压力随谷草比的增加而增加;在喂入量等其他条件不变时,油压力随谷物湿度的增加先增大后减小;当谷物湿度为30%~35%时,油压力取得最大值,计算值与实际测量值相关系数R为0.934。The feed rate of combine harvester is difficult to measure,according to this problem,the hydraulic oil pressure of threshing cylinder continuously variable transmission system was used to represent the feed rate.The relation equation between feed rate and oil press was obtained by studying on the formation of threshing torque;the effects of crop moisture content,grain-straw ratio on the hydraulic oil pressure were analyzed.Bench test results showed that the oil pressure could be considered as a constant when crop properties were in the same and straw feed rate remained unchanged,oil pressure increased monotonously as the feed rate increased,and the correlation coefficient of measured and calculated values of pressure was 0.9755;when feed rate,crop moisture content and the other parameters remained unchanged,the oil pressure increased as the grain-straw ratio advanced;when the feed rate and other parameters remain unchanged,the oil pressure increased first and then decreased as the crop moisture content increased,and the oil pressure had maximum when crop moisture content was between 30%~35%,and the correlation coefficient of measured and calculated values of pressure was 0.934.
