摘 要:为研究车辆传动装置部件温度,根据传热学的基本理论,应用热网络法建立了一种车辆传动装置部件温度模型,并提出求解方法。对某型装甲车辆传动装置部件温度进行了计算,得到不同工况下传动装置的部件温度,将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,最高车速工况传动装置三轴温度最高,最大负荷工况液力变矩器温度最高,最大负荷工况侧减速器的温度比最高车速工况高。In order to study the components temperature of vehicle transmission device, using thermal network method, a model of transmission components temperature of vehicle transmission device is established based on the ba- sic theory of heat transfer theory, and a solving method is proposed. With a certain type of armored vehicle transmis- sion device, the transmission components temperature is calculated, the transmission components temperature under different working conditions are obtained, and the comparison between calculated results with experimental results is carried out. The results show that, under highest speed condition, the maximum transmission component temperature lies at the third shaft of the transmission device, under the maximum load condition, the torque converter temperature is the highest, the side- reducer temperature is higher than that under the highest speed condition.
